Remember when your Lord said to the
angels: "Behold, I will make a
vicegerent on earth." They
say: 'Why do you want to make
(caliph) on earth
who will make mischief therein and shed blood, And
We Always praises
thee and sanctify
You? "The Lord said: "I know

2. Definition of Leadership
Leadership is the individuals
who are the leaders in an organization, regarded collectively. The activity
of leading
a group of people or an organization
or the ability
to do this.
Leadership involves :
(1) establishing a clear vision,
(2) sharing that vision with others so that they will follow willingly,
(3) providing the information, knowledge and methods to realize that vision, and
(4) coordinating and balancing the conflicting interests of all members and stakeholders.

Leadership
is often overlooked by investors. This may be because it is tough to place a
value on qualitative aspects of a company (leadership being one), compared to
quantitative metrics, which are commonly tracked and much easier to compare
between companies. Individuals with strong leadership skills in the business
world often rise to executive positions.
Leadership is about teamwork because leaders cannot accomplish
anything without their followers (and of course Allah’s help). After telling
them what he has from Allah SWT is better than what they can offer.
This action does three things that good leaders do in
accomplishing their mission: (1) Asking the people to help him dignifies the
people by making them a partner in solving the problem, (2) it give them a
stake the success of the solution, and (3) it also give them a sense of
responsibility for owning and maintaining the solution they have arrived at. It
is also important to note that he asks them to help him with what they do
possess, which was their strength.
3. Relation between leadership and psychology theory
Behavioral
theories of leadership are based upon the belief that great leaders are made,
not born. Rooted in behaviorism,
this leadership theory focuses on the actions of leaders not on mental
qualities or internal states. According to this theory, people can learn to
become leaders through teaching and observation.
4. In
my opinion, the ability to lead had belonged to everyone. But the different
levels. Basically everyone is able to lead, it can be known from the ability to
lead himself in doing daily activities. After the couple of time then he will
be able to lead others with their experience endured in his life. Even God had
said that man was created to be a Caliph. Division travelled have been given
the ability of God to lead him even another person.
