Al-Baqarah : 124
وَإِذِ ابْتَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ رَبُّهُ بِكَلِمَاتٍ فَأَتَمَّهُنَّ ۖ قَالَ إِنِّي جَاعِلُكَ
لِلنَّاسِ إِمَامًا ۖ قَالَ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِي ۖ قَالَ لَا يَنَالُ عَهْدِي الظَّالِمِينَ
“ And (remember) when his Lord tested Abraham with a few sentences
(commands and prohibitions), then he fulfilled. Allah says: "Behold, I
will make you a priest for all people". He said: "(And please, also)
from my offspring". Allah says: "Promise Me (this) is not the
wrongdoers".

Islam ; Leader is a message from God to man, then

3. Explanation of leadership in Islam
Leadership

A leader
must know the state of his people, to feel their pain directly. A leader should
exceed his people in a few main things, namely scientific and deeds. Leaders

Explanation leadership in Psychology
It has the potential human psyche can be formed through a
process of interaction with the environment. Leadership traits one can be

A leader is supposed to
be chosen by God, because then the risk of tyranny against his people very

So we need a leader who
has healthy personality to be a leader or caliph on earth, because then can
reduce the tyranny of the lead. Healthy here not only physical, but also mental
